How are the meals packaged for shipping?
Our meals are shipped in 100% recyclable insulated boxes with non-toxic gel packs designed to keep your food at a safe, refrigerated temperature for up to 48 hours in transit.
Are your meals suitable for specific dietary requirements?
Yes, all Epicured meals are 100% gluten-free and low FODMAP. We also offer a wide variety of dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan options to suit your lifestyle.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
No, you do not need to be home. Our couriers are instructed to leave the package at your doorstep. However, we recommend refrigerating the meals as soon as possible after delivery.
How long do the meals stay fresh?
Because we use fresh ingredients and no artificial preservatives, our meals typically have a shelf life of 3 to 5 days in the refrigerator. Each meal is labeled with a specific 'use by' date.
Can I skip a week or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You have full control over your subscription through your account dashboard. You can skip a week, pause, or cancel your plan at any time before your weekly order cutoff.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or a product arrived damaged, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a refund or credit.
